I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) in the state of New Jersey. I received my BS in Rehabilitation Education from the University of Arizona and my MSW from the Fordham University School of Social Work. I have worked with clients in hospital and school settings and have developed extensive experience counseling teenagers and adults in Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) and in the Community Mental Health Domain where I work with clients from all walks of life.
I specialize in addiction counseling and have substantial experience working with both adolescents and adults struggling with alcohol and drug dependence, as well as family members affected by a loved one’s addiction. I received training in alcohol and drug counseling through the New Jersey Prevention Network (NJPN). In addition to my work with private clients, I also work as a therapist at a not-for-profit community mental health center in Bergen County.
